• Lead and support a team of instructors during sessions
• Deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Monitor student progress and engagement
• Communicate progress with parents and families
• Teach in-center, online, or hybrid using the Mathnasium Method™
• Stay organized and assist with light administrative tasks
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and professional learning environment

• Passion for math and working with students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid math skills (Algebra 2 and above)
• Leadership ability with a team-first mindset
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and be coached
• Ability to balance teaching and leadership responsibilities

• Pass a math literacy assessment
• Provide work authorization
• Successfully complete a background check
