Position: Director of Clinical Education and Experiential Learning (Permanent)
Location: San Antonio, TX 78205
Pay: $55,000 - 82,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time, standard daytime administrative hours
Position Summary & Responsibilities- Lead nursing education and experiential learning programs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical training initiatives
- Oversee competency development and clinical education standards
- Provide teaching, mentorship, and leadership development support
- Collaborate with academic and clinical partners
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (required)
- Active Texas RN license (required)
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience
- Clinical teaching and/or leadership experience required
