Job Overview

Barry University’s Department of Education and Leadership seeks an Adjunct Faculty member to teach undergraduate courses at Miami Shores and online. Courses may be delivered synchronously online, hybrid, or face‑to‑face. Class times typically involve approximately 3 hours per week on weekdays, with terms lasting either 7 or 16 weeks depending on the program.

• Teach undergraduate courses according to the department’s schedule and format requirements.
• Consult with Program Directors on course design and execution.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as outlined in the faculty handbook.

• Master’s degree or higher in Education or a related field.
• Applied experience in the field of education.
• Preferred:
  Prior college‑level teaching experience with an adult student population.
