Trainer (Bio Plus Specialty Pharmacy)

Location: Virtual eligible, must be located in one of the following:
Lake Mary, FL;
Denver, CO;
Las Vegas, NV;
St. Louis, MO;
Indianapolis, IN.

Hours: Hours may vary as needed. General business hours, Monday through Friday, local time of training recipients.

Travel: Occasional travel to above locations may be required. Virtual training is full-time except for required in-person sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate performance-based learning events across multiple platforms.
• Deliver synchronous and asynchronous learning using varied media in virtual and on-site environments.
• Employ rapid course development methodologies to meet client needs.
• Exercise classroom management, including learner performance and escalating issues to Learning & Development and client leadership.
• Consult and solve learning solutions: identify training needs, analyze data, determine learning solutions, develop SLAs, and obtain client approval.
• Measure, track, and evaluate learner and client satisfaction.
• Maintain technical skills and knowledge.
• Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS in a related field and minimum 2 years of training experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pharmacy technician (Licensed).
• Knowledge of front-end pharmacy operations.
• Prior training experience.
• Outstanding communication skills and presentation ability.
