Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and active COTA license for the state of Florida
• Previous experience working in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of students ranging from kindergarten through high school
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between school locations across the county
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Adaptability to various educational environments and student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services and interventions according to students' individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Work closely with occupational therapists, teachers, families, and other educational professionals to maximize student outcomes
• Travel between assigned schools to provide services where they are needed most
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
• Contribute to meetings, assessments, and planning for student services as part of an interdisciplinary team
