This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based in Mascotte, FL. The Teacher will plan and deliver standards-based lessons that meet diverse learning needs, using a variety of instructional strategies, materials, and technologies. Daily responsibilities include managing a positive and inclusive classroom environment, monitoring student progress, and providing timely feedback to support academic and social-emotional growth. The Teacher will assess student learning through formative and summative measures, maintain accurate records, and adjust instruction based on data.
The role also involves communicating regularly with families and colleagues, participating in professional development, and collaborating with school staff to support school-wide initiatives and student success.
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience applying instructional best practices in K–12 settings.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum implementation, including differentiating instruction to support diverse learners.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging students, collaborating with colleagues, and building partnerships with families and the community.
- Experience in Training or mentoring students and peers, including guiding group activities and facilitating learning workshops or programs.
- Relevant state teaching certification or eligibility for certification; bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field required.
- Ability to integrate instructional technology, manage classroom behavior positively, and support inclusive practices for all students.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth, cultural responsiveness, and adherence to school and district policies and procedures.
