** OPS Advising Center Assistant

** Academic Advising**. We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant campus community.
** What You’ll Do
** The part-time
** OPS Advising Assistant
** assists Dean of Career & Academic Advising with academic recovery and data processing.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with tracking and supporting students in academic recovery
* Entering, updating, and maintaining student data in Workday and advising systems
* Running and organizing reports on student progress and advising outcomes
* Scheduling appointments and providing administrative support to the Dean and advising team
* Communicating with students regarding advising, registration, and academic status
* Other duties as assigned
** Who We’re Looking For
** We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have:
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

** 25 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
