Schedule: Daytime Schedule (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)

You lead the behavioral lens on campus, conducting thorough FBAs, building and monitoring individualized treatment plans, setting clear, realistic, and measurable goals, and using ongoing data collection and analysis to refine interventions; you mentor RBTs, partner with families through parent training, and collaborate with staff to ensure each student s plan remains ethical, effective, and empowering.

Who We're Looking For- Experience with children with special needs (hands‑on)
- Consistent availability Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM in Winter Haven, FL
- Experience leading FBAs/BIPs, supervising RBTs, and facilitating parent training (preferred)
