Responsible for providing leadership to maintain a safe and effective learning environment that is consistent and supportive of the District’s vision, mission, and strategic goals. Tasks include assuming responsibility for all school operations and functions, hiring and supervising faculty and staff, implementing the alignment of instructional programs with District guidelines, fostering learning and professional development, and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

• Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in Educational Leadership or related field.
• Three years’ experience in classroom teaching and/or school‑based administration or equivalent experience approved by Superintendent Staff.
• Must be in the Assistant Principal Pool.

• Certification in Educational Leadership, School Principal, Professional School Principal, or Administration and Supervision.

• Two years’ experience in a leadership role at the school and/or District level.
