This is more than a daycare job. It’s a journey where you learn, grow, thrive—and play—every day. Are you a teacher ready for your next step? As a Team Lead at a child care center, you will inspire children to become lifelong learners.
Responsibilities- Teacher:
Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of children. Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation. Instruction accounts for at least 50% of schedule. - Communicator:
Build relationships with families to promote child achievement and support center success. - Mentor:
Manage, train, and mentor new hires and fellow teachers, creating engaging learning experiences. - Leader:
Take on duties of Director or Assistant Director during absence, including opening and closing the school. - Expert:
Ensure daily care of every child by following licensing guidelines and company standards.
We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:
- Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, implementing lesson plans.
- College credits toward an Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree, or a CDA (preferred).
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Capability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
