• Prepare and deliver lesson plans with the flexibility to modify them when needed during the school year.
• Differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all students.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development.
• Use research‑based best practices in daily planning and classroom instruction.
• Manage student behavior and create a positive learning environment.
• Implement school‑approved curricula that reflect the diverse educational, cultural and linguistic backgrounds of the students.

• Active and current Ohio teaching license in the appropriate content area.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• Comfortable working in a growth‑focused coaching environment based on observations, action planning and progress monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
• Capability to supervise students of various ages across school settings.
• Passed federal and state criminal background checks.
• Experience working in an urban environment.

The salary range for this position is $48,000 – $57,500. Factors that may influence salary include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications.
