Expert Potty Training Teacher

The Learning Experience, Apollo Beach, FL child care center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 2s and 3s Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and educational environment for young learners, fostering their physical, emotional, and cognitive development, and specializing in potty training. All premiums for TLE Cares are fully paid, with no cost to our employees.

Starting pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday (no weekends)

• Potty Training: Successfully facilitate and guide little learners through potty training using a positive and encouraging approach
• Curriculum Development: Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that supports children's growth and exploration.
• Child Development: Observe and document children's progress, addressing developmental milestones and potential concerns with parents.
• Parental Communication: Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress and daily activities.

  Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
• Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Licensing: All state licensing requirements for the role with 45 hours completed (CDA recommended but not required)
