Description
The Youth Pastor provides spiritual leadership, discipleship, and pastoral care for middle and high school students. This role exists to help young people know Christ, grow in faith, and develop a lifelong commitment to the church. The Youth Pastor leads weekly programs, mentors students, equips volunteers, partners with parents, and integrates youth into the broader life of the church.
QualificationsMinimum of 1 year experience leading youth ministry or working with teens. Strong public speaking and Biblical teaching abilities for young audiences. Excellent organizational, administrative, and team building skills. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
