Operational Language Analyst - Russian; OLA - TS​/SCI - CI Poly

Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Russian OLA (Level
3) for a position at Fort Meade, MD, near Columbia, MD.

• US citizenship.
• Must have a current TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
• 10 years full‑time experience (or 14 years without degree).
• Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of work experience.
• ILR Skill Level 3 in Audio or Graphic; 3 in Listening and Reading may be required.
• 10 years in crypto language processing, related language, and/or crypto experience, including target development, network analysis, drafting intel reports, speaker/language identification.
• 6 of 10 years in crypto language processing (OLA 2 level) plus quality control and mentoring.
• 6 of 10 years of experience in the required language(s); at least 3 of those years in translation, transcription, and gisting.
• 1 year experience in QC at ILR level 3 in the target language.
• No more than 3 of 10 years reporting as primary duty.
• 1 of 6 years in the target language must be within the past 6 years of resume submission.
