Bishop Larkin Catholic School is seeking a caring, patient, and dedicated Instructional Assistant to support students with exceptional learning needs in a faith‑filled school environment. This position focuses on assisting students with diverse academic, behavioral, and developmental needs while helping them grow spiritually, socially, and academically to fulfill our mission statement.

• Support classroom teachers in providing instruction and accommodations for students with unique learning needs.
• Work one‑on‑one or in small groups for remediation, skill‑building, and enrichment
• Reinforce behavior support strategies and social‑emotional growth
• Assist students with organization, task completion, and following directions
• Help create and prepare learning materials and resources
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, arrival, and dismissal as assigned
• Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment

• Experience working with ESE students or students with diverse learning needs strongly preferred
• Background in education, special education, child development, or related field preferred
• Strong communication, patience, flexibility, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to supporting the Catholic mission and values of the school
