Enrichment Teacher​/Spanish

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Enrichment Teacher with a specialization in Spanish to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Enrichment Teacher will be to design and deliver engaging Spanish language lessons to students, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Spanish, or related field required
• Proven experience teaching Spanish language to students of varying proficiency levels
• Understanding of best practices in language acquisition and unique teaching methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
• Certification in teaching or proficiency in Spanish language teaching methodologies preferred

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and progress
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current on Spanish language teaching trends
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support a cohesive and enriching learning experience for students
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and grades
