What You’ll Do as a Lead VPK Teacher

As a Lead VPK Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in guiding and educating our young learners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with VPK standards.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel supported and encouraged.
  • Monitoring and assessing each child’s progress to ensure they’re meeting developmental milestones.
  • Collaborating with parents and guardians to foster a strong home-school connection.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
  • Leading by example and supporting the overall mission and values of Little Einsteins Academy.
