We are currently seeking a highly organized, customer-focused individual with strong administrative and office support experience to join our team as an Administrative Support team member.

As an Administrative Support Team Member at The Learning Experience, You Will:
- Serve as a TLE Happiness Ambassador by creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for children, families, staff, and visitors.
- Provide administrative support to the Center Director and leadership team, assisting with the day-to-day operations of the center.
- Greet prospective and current families, answer phone calls and emails, schedule tours, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate student, family, and employee records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with enrollment, registration, billing, attendance tracking, and other administrative processes.
- Support licensing and compliance documentation by organizing files and maintaining required records.
- Provide classroom support as needed by stepping into classrooms to maintain required staff-to-child ratios, supervise children, and ensure continuity of care during teacher absences, breaks, or peak operational needs.
- Partner with teaching staff to help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment while following The Learning Experience curriculum and all health and safety standards.
- Help plan and support family engagement activities, center events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with teachers and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive center environment.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned to support the success of the center.
