- 1-Skill in oral and written communication with students, parents, and others.
- 2-Ability to implement activities for maximum effectiveness.
- 3-Ability to maintain appropriate student supervision so that students have a safe and orderly environment in which to learn.
- 4-Ability to work effectively with peers, administrators and others.
- Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Hold a valid Florida Educator's certificate or a valid substitute certificate issued by a Florida School district. To obtain a substitute certificate, call 643-2275 ext 241 to schedule the test.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Must provide written references upon the request of the Superintendent.
