As a Lead VPK Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in guiding and inspiring young learners during one of the most important stages of their development. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive classroom environment, and ensuring each child is prepared for their next steps in education.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with VPK standards.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
• Foster the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging learning space.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations for VPK programs.
