We are currently seeking in-home AP Chemistry tutors in Palmer Ranch - Sarasota! As a tutor, you will work one-on-one with students to provide personalized support and guidance in your academic pursuits. Whether you specialize in AP Chemistry, science, or a variety of subjects, we are looking for dedicated professionals who are committed to helping students succeed. • Provide academic support to students based on expertise and knowledge from the AP Chemistry curriculum.
• Provide supplemental assignments to students to help promote a greater understanding of the material.
• Provide remedial and enrichment support for students.
• You communicate with parents or guardians to discuss student progress.

We are looking for teachers or soon-to-be teachers who can meet the following criteria:

• Energetic and enthusiastic teachers with experience teaching.
• Committed to providing excellent customer service.
• Enjoy working with students & families.
• Great communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of AP Chemistry concepts and curriculum.
• Experience teaching or tutoring Chemistry at the high school or college level is preferred.

• You hold a teaching certification or license in a good standing.
• You are qualified to teach in a U.S. state.
• You are a current teacher candidate pursuing a Bachelor of Education or equivalent teaching credential.

• You have significant experience teaching or tutoring AP Chemistry or college-level Chemistry.
