City Year seeks Ameri Corps Members to serve full-time in public schools, supporting students' academic and social-emotional growth. In this education-focused role, you'll provide tutoring, mentor students, assist in classrooms, and lead small-group interventions. You'll collaborate with school staff and a diverse team to create a positive learning environment. Responsibilities

• Provide in-class and small-group academic support in partnership with teachers
• Build positive relationships with students to improve attendance, behavior, and engagement
• Track and report student progress using school and City Year tools
• Support classroom activities, school events, and after-school programs
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Collaborate with teammates to plan and deliver student support initiatives
