Cheer & Dance Instructor (After School) - Dundee, FL (Polk County)

BBA After school Inc. is hiring energetic and dependable After-School Cheer & Dance Instructors to lead exciting cheerleading and dance enrichment programs for elementary-aged students at Dundee Elementary in Dundee, FL.

Whether you're a cheer coach, dance instructor, former cheerleader, teacher, college student, or someone with experience working with youth, this is a rewarding opportunity to help children stay active while building confidence and teamwork.

• Part-time, after-school position
• Monday through Friday
• Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM
• 1.5-hour sessions
• $45 per session ($30 per hour)
• No lesson planning required
• Curriculum, music, and equipment provided

• Inspire confidence and creativity in young students
• Build leadership, coaching, and classroom management skills

• Lead engaging cheer and dance classes for elementary students
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and activities
• Teach age-appropriate cheer motions, basic dance techniques, rhythm, coordination, and teamwork
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Supervise groups of approximately 15-25 students
• Encourage confidence, creativity, and positive sportsmanship
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership

• Cheerleading, dance, gymnastics, or coaching experience is preferred but not required
• Experience working with children is a plus
• Comfortable working with students in grades K-5
• Reliable transportation to Dundee Elementary in Dundee, FL
• Dependable and punctual
• Must successfully complete the required Polk County Public Schools background check and fingerprinting process
