ResponsibilitiesFlorida State University, Department of Accounting, invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position beginning August 2027.
This position will be required to publish in leading scholarly journals, along with teaching undergraduate and graduate courses. You will also continue research efforts and progress towards promotion and tenure.
QualificationsAll candidates should have a Ph.D. in accounting.
Preferred QualificationsCandidates must demonstrate an ability to publish in leading scholarly journals and a commitment to excellence in teaching. All areas of research and teaching expertise will be considered. Applicants with a professional background in financial planning may have an opportunity to teach a specialized wealth management course and should note this in their applications.
