Role Description The Program Lead is a part-time, on-site role based in Tallahassee, FL. This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of campus day in and day out tasks. Keeping children and families happy snd safe. Working to ensure teachers are comfortable and have what they need to teach daily. Pay $213 per day. No beneifts.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs or projects, coordinate multiple activities, and manage timelines and priorities within the Thrive school setting.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, including experience preparing reports, presentations, and other program materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse families.
- Bachelors degree preferred with education and teaching expereince. Experience leading a school or campus a large plus.
