Air Operations Center Formal Training Unit Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Operations Team Instructor
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Air Operations Center (AOC) Formal Training Unit (FTU) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Operations (ISR Ops) Team instructor and subject matter expert (SME). Responsible for teaching ISR Ops Team including Collection Management, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) Management and RFI Management processes applicable to the various phases of the joint air tasking cycle to include strategy development, planning, monitoring execution of the ATO, and assessing the results of intelligence collection operations in support of ATO execution at the operational level of war.
Duties:
- Plans, organizes, coordinates, directs, and implements course development and instruction.
- Applies military AOC ISR Team experience.
- Develops practical training exercises in the assigned subject matter area.
- Evaluates instructional programs and participates in special projects for the formal training unit.
- Maintains professional and technical expertise.
