The Quality Intern will play a key role in supporting the Quality Department by transforming technical information into engaging educational and training materials for employees across warehouse, operations, and office functions. This internship offers hands‑on experience in content creation, instructional design, and quality processes, making it an excellent opportunity for students or early‑career professionals interested in education, training, communications, or quality assurance.

- Convert technical procedures, policies, and processes into clear, easy‑to‑understand educational materials for employees at all levels.
- Create and update visually engaging presentations for training sessions and internal communications.
- Develop and edit educational and training videos, including visual, text, and audio components.
- Adapt training materials to suit the needs of warehouse, production, operations, and office staff with varying levels of experience.
- Support the development of content related to quality, food safety, and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure accuracy and alignment with company standards.
- Maintain and organize educational and training resources to keep them current and accessible.
- Identify and suggest improvements for how information is communicated and taught within the organization.
- Create materials in both Spanish and English to support a diverse workforce.
- Assist with other training, communications, and Quality Department support tasks as needed.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with video editing and familiarity with video editing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva for creating professional presentations.
- Basic understanding of education, training, or adult learning principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to simplify technical information for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Interest in developing skills in quality, training, education, or communications.
- Preferred:
Knowledge of graphic or instructional design, experience creating educational content, and familiarity with quality processes or the food industry. - Preferred:
Experience working with operational or warehouse employees.
$16.00 per hour
