As we continue to grow our presence across Florida, we are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to own our online brand presence, drive lead generation, and keep our backend data accurate and organized.

Position Overview

Are you a creative storyteller who also loves the analytical side of digital marketing? We are looking for a hybrid Digital Marketing Specialist who can jump seamlessly between capturing stunning video content on a job site and handling essential backend data entry.

In this role, you will lead our social media strategy, film and edit highly engaging short-form content, and manage broader digital campaigns (email, local SEO, and website updates). Please note:
While we provide comprehensive industry training on the technical aspects of high-end landscaping, pools, and spa elements, you MUST already have proven expertise in filming, editing, and managing Tik Tok and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Own the growth, posting schedule, and community management for our Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook channels.
• Content Creation: Visit active job sites to film, edit, and post high-quality reels, Tik Toks, and photos highlighting our custom masonry, lighting, and landscape transformations.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Assist with local SEO optimization, coordinate email marketing campaigns, and update digital portfolios.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input customer data, track marketing campaign performance, manage lead inquiries, and ensure backend systems are kept up to date.
• Brand Growth: Work directly with management to align digital marketing initiatives with our sales goals to attract residential and commercial clients across Florida.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Social Media Mastery (Non-Negotiable): Expert-level skills in creating native content directly for Instagram and Tik Tok. You must know how to edit videos, use trending audio, and write engaging captions. There is no training provided for basic social media execution—you must hit the ground running here.
• Data Accuracy: Strong data entry skills with an eye for detail. Experience with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) or CRM systems is a plus.
• Growth Mindset: A strong desire to learn. We will fully train you on the elements of landscape design, paver architecture, pool layouts, and spa installations so you can speak authentically to our audience.
• Reliable Transportation: Ability to visit local job sites to capture raw video and photo content.
• Strong Communication: Excellent written English skills for copywriting, messaging, and data documentation.
