You'll be working in a collaborative, supportive environment throughout the academic year, providing critical psychological services to support student learning and well-being.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Florida (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• Previous experience working with K-12 students across diverse backgrounds
• Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Capacity for collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate student needs
• Provide individual and group counseling/interventions for students facing academic, behavioral, or emotional challenges
• Consult with teachers and parents to develop and implement effective support strategies
• Participate in the development and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts school-wide
• Contribute to data-driven decisions to improve student outcomes
