Compensation: $45,000.00 per year

• Implement Mosquito Nix standards and operations across all service-related channels by motivating and holding the team accountable to achieve top‑notch service.
• Provide quick and efficient problem‑solving while managing a wide array of daily items.
• Hold team learning sessions and incentive plans to build morale and exceed expectations.
• Maintain high organization and strong communication skills.
• Join regional networking groups to expand referral contacts through preferred partnerships.
• Manage the service team to ensure thorough inspections of customers’ properties and provide best practices for mosquito control (misting systems, temporary treatments, general pest, and holiday lights & decor).
• Attend events to showcase the misting system and highlight the advantages of the highest quality parts and components.
• Leverage word‑of‑mouth and the existing client base to expand the customer base through walk‑throughs and service appointments.

• A good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen.
• A physical ability to safely perform the following duties with or without accommodations:
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops.
