- Lead a service operation upon completion of paid training.
- Motivate the service team to consistently deliver world‑best service, prioritizing safety.
- Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Assist with recruiting top talent.
- Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands‑on management.
- Lead training meetings.
- Oversee the Orkin Pro Ride‑A‑Long program.
- Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections, proposed action, and outstanding empathetic service.
- Champion innovation by supporting the team in adopting new products, services, and technology.
- Monitor scheduling, routing, and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity.

- Sales experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
- Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.
- Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Wear PPE, sometimes requiring an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
- Willing to work in various weather conditions.
