Position Specific Description

An ideal candidate for the Senior Category Specialist would need to blend negotiation expertise with disciplined execution and attention to detail to drive strong commercial outcomes. The candidate operates with a clear bias foraction, taking ownership of complex sourcing initiatives and delivering results in fast-paced environments.

• Develops and refines category sourcing strategy
• Conduct market and spend analysis
• Leads negotiations with key suppliers
• Aligns with BUs to collect requirements
• Develops and maintains strategic relationships with critical suppliers
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
• Experience:
  
  4+ years

• Master's Degree
