Responsibilities include reviewing tender documents, performing quantity take-offs, preparing bid proposals, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a minimum of 5 years in road construction, proficiency in Excel, and strong communication skills.
