The WorkAs a Subject Matter Expert on the ALIS/ODIN Infrastructure Training team you will help create and sustain technically accurate training materials and work instructions for the ALIS/ODIN user‑facing system and applications. You will attend program and team meetings, collaborate with your team members, engineers, and other product teams.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with the IPT and the ALIS/ODIN Instructional Design Team to ensure technical accuracy of all ALIS/ODIN lessons.
- Communicate with Engineering as required to provide the team the newest technical information available.
- Review technical documentation changes and evaluate impacts to courseware.
- Evaluate and adjudicate user comments for incorporation into courseware.
- Work across multiple teams and levels creating an atmosphere conducive to information sharing and leveraging available resources.
- Document input for future reference, in the ISD Database and JIRA/Confluence.
- U.S. Citizen and holds a Secret security clearance to start.
- Active Secret security clearance or higher.
- Knowledge and use of ALIS/ODIN user‑facing applications (CMMS, SCM, SHM).
- 3+ years of F35 ALIS user or Admin experience.
- Experience producing high‑quality training products.
- Proficient with MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
- Experience assessing training needs from the micro to macro level.
- 3 years of F35 ALIS administration in any combination of system, database, network, security.
- Expertise using military documentation such as technical manuals, technical orders, user guides and other reference materials.
- Experience using agile tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
- Experience creating job aids.
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.
