At RTX, a globally leading aerospace and defense company, we are looking for a Product Support Manager to lead and support our Specialty Seating product line. The role will serve as the primary liaison between customers, engineering, and production teams to ensure the successful delivery, maintenance, and satisfaction of our specialty seating products. The position requires a strong background in aerospace product support, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to driving innovative solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
This role may require occasional travel to customer sites or manufacturing facilities and is located onsite in Medley, FL.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding specialty seating product support, providing technical expertise and ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement comprehensive product support strategies to improve reliability, maintainability, and overall product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Monitor product performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Lead root cause analysis and failure investigations for product issues, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and reports to customers, leadership, and stakeholders.
- Manage customer accounts, including contract reviews, warranty claims, and aftermarket support.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product support processes, tools, and systems.
- University degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree and minimum 5 years of experience, in aerospace product support, program management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of specialty seating systems or related aerospace products.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (FAA, EASA, etc.) and industry best practices.
- Experience with Collins Aerospace specialty seating products or similar technologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of aftermarket support and MRO operations.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and customer relationships in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Salary Range: 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD (based on experience and qualifications).
