Senior leadership opportunity overseeing hospital engineering and facilities operations within a large multi site healthcare environment.

• Lead facilities, maintenance, and engineering teams
• Oversee capital projects, infrastructure, and operational planning
• Manage budgets, resources, and project execution
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Partner with leadership on long term facility strategy
• Drive operational efficiency and system improvements
• Support readiness for audits and inspections
• Guide implementation of facility technologies and upgrades

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
• Extensive leadership experience in healthcare facilities or engineering operations
• Strong background in maintenance, construction, and systems oversight
• Experience with compliance and regulatory environments
• Energy or safety certifications preferred
