As a Supplier Quality Engineer at Danfoss Turbocor, you will play a critical role in shaping the quality and reliability of the components that power our innovative compressor technologies. Your work directly impacts product performance, customer satisfaction, and the strength of our global supply chain.
You’ll partner closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvement, ensuring we meet the highest industry standards. This is an opportunity to influence supplier performance on a global scale while contributing to innovative, energy‑efficient solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing- Lead supplier audits (quality systems, processes, and products) to ensure compliance with industry standards and Danfoss expectations
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve manufacturability and deliver consistent, high‑quality components
- Develop and track supplier performance metrics, sharing insights that drive continuous improvement
- Act as a key point of contact between suppliers and internal teams, resolving quality issues and strengthening relationships
- Manage nonconforming materials and corrective actions, ensuring root causes are addressed and issues do not recur
- Partner with engineering and inspection teams to enhance incoming quality controls and validation processes, including first article approvals
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in supplier quality or supplier management (automotive, aerospace, or medical device industries preferred)
- Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or IATF
- Demonstrated ability in problem‑solving, data analysis, and project management
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work across global teams
- Willingness to travel up to 40% (domestic and international)
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is a plus
