** Pay** : $19-$21/hr. (depending on experience)

** Shift** : 9-80 Schedule. 1 st  Shift

** Job Notes*
* + A Test Technician is responsible for conducting various tests, inspections, and troubleshooting activities on products, equipment, or systems to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements.

+ The primary role is to assess the performance, functionality, and reliability of the subject under test.

+ This position will support our Repairs and Service department.

+ Basic mechanical skills are a must.

+ Experience working with electronics and/or aerospace is preferred.

+ At a high level, the job is to test and troubleshoot customer RMA units

* + Our client is seeking a skilled Test Technician to join our team and contribute to our product quality assurance process.

+ The Test Technician will be responsible for conducting tests, inspections, and troubleshooting activities on our products or systems to ensure they meet the required quality standards.

+ This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Perform various tests and inspections on products, equipment, or systems according to established test procedures and standards.

+ Set up and calibrate test equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of measurements.

+ Record test data, observations, and results accurately and promptly.

+ Identify and document any defects, malfunctions, or deviations from specifications.

+ Troubleshoot technical issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

+ Collaborate with engineers and other team members to analyze test results and make necessary adjustments or improvements.

+ Maintain and update test equipment, tools, and fixtures as needed.

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

+ Participate in the development and improvement of test procedures and processes.

+ Adhere to quality control standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

** Requirements:*
* + High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in a related field is preferred.

+ Proven experience as a Test Technician or in a similar role.

+ Strong technical skills and knowledge of testing methodologies and procedures.

+ Familiarity with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other relevant tools.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

+ Proficient in using computer software for data recording and analysis.

+ Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

+ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

+ Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

+ Understanding of quality control principles and practices.

+ Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
