BIM Designer l

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a BIM Designer to join our office in Miami, FL.

• Develop and maintain Revit models and associated documentation, including Revit central models, sheets, views, legends, and schedules.
• Import and manage Revit families, filters, and linked coordination files, preparing and issuing project drawings, revisions, and final record drawings.
• Collaborate with project teams to align BIM models with construction requirements, supporting clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
• Coordinate layouts for equipment, conduits, cable trays, and electrical elements per NEC standards, providing prefabrication‑ready models and exporting layout files for field use.
• Apply company BIM standards, templates, and file management protocols, auditing and maintaining project folders to ensure version control and data accuracy.
• Support field and VDC teams with accurate layout files and coordinated models, using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for collaboration and model synchronization.
• Assist in resolving model issues and updating clash reports.

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ years of Revit/BIM experience or 5+ years in electrical construction.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams). Ability to use Bluebeam for document review and collaboration.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; attention to detail with effective problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; willingness to work onsite as needed and travel 5‑10%.
• Experience with healthcare, commercial, industrial, or mission‑critical projects preferred.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) preferred.
