- Lead and support the design and development of civil engineering solutions across water resources, drainage, and infrastructure projects
- Perform engineering evaluations, design work, and cost estimation on awarded projects
- Design stormwater ponds, drainage systems, and conveyance infrastructure
- Navigate permitting requirements and prepare permit applications and supporting documentation with jurisdictional agencies
- Manage projects and budgets while collaborating with a team of engineers and support staff
- Prepare technical and progress reports for management and clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program
- 10 to 15 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida or the ability to obtain Florida certification
- Hands‑on experience with pond design, stormwater, drainage, and hydrology and hydraulics
- Experience with ICPR or other state‑approved hydraulic modeling software
- AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Microsoft 365 skills are a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management experience with a track record of delivering results
- $70,000 - $110,000 salary based on experience, with leadership potential
