Project Manager - Nuclear-Level 4 - Lead

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee complex nuclear engineering or construction projects. This role is responsible for the successful completion of high-impact projects that support nuclear objectives. You will lead or support projects varying in resource requirements, scope, and timeframe, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Lead projects to ensure timely completion.
• Create plans, cost analysis, schedules, and reports to communicate project status.
• Coordinate engineering, construction, and other resources to achieve project objectives.
• Coach and lead schedulers, cost engineers, and estimators.
• Manage project controls and systems to support development tasks.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or related technical field).
• Minimum of 15 years of nuclear industry experience, including 7 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead projects from conception to completion.
• Experience in P-6, NEO, and strong Excel skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Previous experience with FPL's/NEE's organizations such as PGD, Wind, etc.
• Condenser replacement experience.
