- Conduct OEMreturnedpartsanalysisaccordingto
Ampureand OEMstandardstoassureon time andaccurateresults,focusing on Stage
1.Track andcommunicateresultsasrequired. - Maintainwarrantyclaimsdatabasecodingtofacilitatesubjectanalysis.
- Aftermarketproductandrepackagecordsetsasneed. Keep raw material inventory levels and repackaging traceability
- Support Warranty Engineer to track implementation of established corrective actions and Plant Warranty Risk Assessment (program history).
- MaintainMRBarea,equipmentandinventoryto
Ampure WPSrequirements. - Assessinternalauditplant and regional
Ampure Warranty Management and WPS compliance annually. Reportresultsandcorrectiveactionstomanagement. - Support with available warranty data root cause analysis and action plan development with plantprogramteamsforOEMmeetingsasrequired.
Proposepotentialsolutionsasappropriate - Conductdutiesaccordingto One Ampureprinciplesandvalues .
- ComplytoapplicableBICS, Customer and Ampure standardsduringperformanceofduties.
- Escalatetodirectlinemanagementasappropriateanyobstacles toachievingOEM and Ampure qualityandwarrantytargets.
- BS degree or 1-year minimum equivalent workplace experience. Electrical engineering degree preferred.
- 1-year automotivewarrantyfieldanalysisexperiencepreferred.
- AdvancedknowledgeofMS Excel, PowerPoint.
Statisticalsoftwaredesirable. - Advancedverbal andwrittencommunicationskills. 2ndlanguagefluencypreferred.
