Mechanical Engineer

Codeware is seeking a full-time Mechanical Engineer to join our Growth Team in Sarasota, FL. This individual works closely with prospective clients to determine and demonstrate the applicability of our products.

Codeware provides a competitive salary and benefits package to all full-time employees. Travel is not required.

Works with prospects to understand their needs and determine which software package is the best fit. This includes reviewing drawings and answering technical/engineering questions about the software’s capabilities.

Provides online technical software demonstrations to potential clients. This involves answering questions regarding the application of COMPRESS , INSPECT or Shopfloor programs.

Provides post-sales online training and new user orientation.

Other Engineering related projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

1+ year work experience in a technical field, preferably engineering or manufacturing.

Technical sales experience an asset.

Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor® or ABAQUS.

Multi-lingual an asset (Spanish, Korean, Italian).

Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.

Strong organizational skills.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
