Responsibilities- The Executive Casino Host is responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience for players on site.
- Developing relationships with VIP casino patrons to drive incremental visits.
- Managing comps based on player account value.
- Meeting weekly outreach benchmark goals.
- Increasing theoretical revenues to coded maintenance group.
- Maintaining relationships and marketing targeted customers through personal contact to generate incremental revenue.
- Overseeing, soliciting, and identifying new gaming guests for the Player’s Club program.
- Meeting and greeting players on the casino floor, at special events and promotions.
- Retaining existing guests and assisting in special services related to top-tier players.
- Possessing a positive attitude with exceptional guest service, phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, communication and problem-solving abilities; ability to multi-task and make quick decisions in a stressful environment.
- Self-motivated, flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Ability to maneuver around the office and property, often standing for long hours; respond to visual and aural cues; operate computer and office equipment; lift up to 30 pounds; bend, reach and stoop on a limited basis.
- Skill in developing, leading and maintaining guest relations.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management and peers.
- Pleasant personality, team oriented and enjoy helping people.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to understand questions and instructions from management.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CMP.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform basic math and apply reasoning to various situations.
- Ability to write effective letters and emails and to communicate one-on-one or in group settings.
- Must be able to master the property’s player tracking and reservation systems.
EXPERIENCE:
One to three years in guest-service/relations, with casino-industry experience preferred. Ability to speak a second language preferred.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 to 3 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CERTIFICATE/LICENSE:
As required.
