Job SummaryResponsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing the functions of a Dealer on an assigned shift. The candidate is responsible for dealing an assigned game in accordance with established policy and procedures, conducting the game in compliance with Seminole Gaming’s regulations, and ensuring customer satisfaction and enjoyment at the assigned table.
Essential Job Functions- Provides superior customer service, positively influencing interactions with customers and coworkers and handling difficult customers with resilience.
- Delivers prompt, accurate, and courteous service to players while maintaining high technical skill in dealing and adhering to standard policies and procedures.
- Explains various games to gaming patrons as requested.
- Processes all cash and maintains proper handling and accounting for all property items.
- Maintains familiarity with other gaming and entertainment/service activities to provide accurate information and answers to guests.
- Possesses a deep understanding of all standards, policies, and procedures of the Table Games Department.
- Requires frequent standing, walking, and use of hands to manipulate gaming equipment; may need to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Requires visual abilities such as close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Job performed in a hectic, fast‑paced, crowded, and noisy casino environment, with exposure to second‑hand smoke and other environmental factors.
- Communicates effectively with guests in English.
- Scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. RequiredAs part of Seminole Gaming’s employment process, final candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations before an offer is extended.
