Party Coordinator Job Summary

The Party Coordinator manages the entire birthday party department, serving as the first point of contact for guests and designing event packages for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, and other group events. Responsibilities include training party staff members, managing operations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Ensure the party management system is followed and exceed guest expectations.
• Represent Urban Air with fun and energy, promoting party packages.
• Sell our amazing party packages and follow up with guests to confirm satisfaction.
• Support the Leadership Team to drive financial results in the store to new heights.
• Maintain safety in a well‑maintained, secure, and sanitary environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned; proactively address needs and share ideas.

• Business casual; a non‑typical Family Entertainment environment with great food and attractions.
• Full availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is required.
• Ability to work Saturday, Sunday, and/or evening shifts during the week.
