Job Summary
Join our growing TELUS team supporting League of Legends, VALORANT, Legends of Runeterra, and TfT. This role focuses on providing player support through tickets and chat, ensuring a high‑quality player experience.
Responsibilities
- Help players with any issues via tickets and chat
- Provide the best player experience with a case‑by‑case, player‑oriented approach
- Identify trending issues and bugs submitted by players and communicate them to the appropriate teams
- Work with a passionate team of gamers to deliver a player‑to‑player support experience
- Work rotating shifts across 24/7 operations
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and a good command of English
- Player empathy and understanding of a player’s perspective when tackling their issue
- Understanding of Player Support
- Gaming experience – familiarity with community and mindset is a plus
- Desire to help players and contribute to the team’s success
