• Assist with opening and closing store
• Stocking of supplies for window tint and accessories communicated to Honda Parts Management.
• Communicates any staff issues including timekeeping maintenance with Service Manager/Assistant Service Manager.
• Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor.
• Ensuring the facility is kept clean
• Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
• Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
• Assist with creating service repair orders for window tint and PDI accessories.
• Assist with estimates and control of cost per vehicle on new cars.
• Assist with billing of all parts, i.e. window tint and accessories.
• Assists with billing all labor and flagging technicians.
• Assist in managing inventory closely and work with Parts Manager.
• Assist in managing and creating all window tint and accessory appointments for customers.
• Assist in all in-bound new vehicles.
• Communicate with Sales Managers on every new vehicle that has been delivered.
• Assist in processing all bill of lading for new in-bound vehicles and communicate with Sales Managers.
• Assist in expediting all installations of accessories on all sold units in priority manner by Annex Supervisor as communicated by Sales Managers.

• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable MVR
• Basic mathematical skills
• Must be computer literate
• Reasoning ability
