Job Summary

The GA Lead oversees the team responsible for selling all tickets and rentals at the lagoon, in addition to checking guests in and resolving guest questions and concerns, both onsite and via phone. This person works as a support to the GA Supervisor, performing work both indoors and outdoors. This is a hands-on position, and the successful candidate will both direct and participate in tasks with his or her team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide and model excellent customer service
  • Responsible for supporting the GA Supervisor leading the team that performs the following tasks: selling lagoon tickets, rental products, umbrella services and activities. This team also assist guests with any questions or concerns onsite and via phone
  • Maintain inventory and equipment
  • Help create schedules, prepare and review reports, checklists, and other paperwork
  • Assess employees’ progress: coach with positive reinforcement
  • Manage daily budget hours and work with leadership to revise and develop changes as needed
  • Provide resident updates and information entry
  • Other duties as required
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Supervisory experience a plus
  • Experience in ticket sales preferred
  • Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
  • Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in appropriate computer skills and office equipment
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shifts may vary based on business needs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if needed
  • Ability to work outside in all-weather elements for extended periods of time
