POSITION DETAIL

Florida A&M University Federal Credit Union, with $30 million in assets, and located in Tallahassee, Florida, is currently in search of a credit union executive to replace their retiring President/CEO. The board of directors is seeking someone that will bring leadership qualities to the credit union and assist them in creating a stable culture for staff, optimizing member service, and promoting the organization in the community.

Additionally, the board will look to this individual to bring a growth strategy to the credit union that will enable them to expand and grow in the region. The successful candidate will have five or more years of experience in a management capacity for a credit union and have the ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives. An individual that understands the purpose of credit unions and the deep values of this organization is required.
